General terms and conditions
1. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with Manuka Swiss, Mark & Adele Szabó.
2. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Manuka Swiss to customers. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
3. Conclusion of Contract 3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. 3.2 By clicking the [Buy / Order with obligation to pay] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed in the shopping cart. 3.3 The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.
4. Prices and Payment 4.1 All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). 4.2 Payment can be made via prepayment, credit card, or TWINT. 4.3 Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during the checkout process.
5. Delivery If products are unavailable at the time of order, the customer will be informed immediately. Goods remain the property of Manuka Swiss until full payment is received.
6. Right of Return & Complaints As we sell food (honey) and sealed natural cosmetics, there is no general right of withdrawal under Swiss law. Returns are only possible for damaged goods or incorrect deliveries. In case of any complaints, please contact us immediately at beratung(at)manuka-swiss.ch.
